What is your stance on making Medical Claims?
What is the best way to store you Soap?
Soap gets better with age. At Reserve Soap Company our bars cure for 4- 6 weeks before they are available for sale. To store your new bars, simply place in a dry place away from moisture and leave until you are ready to use. To store your bars by the sink or in the shower, it is best not to let the bars sit in standing water. We recommend using your soap within a year of purchase.
Does your Soap contain Lye?
Why does my Soap look different than what is on the website?
We try to photograph each item at high resolution but the colors portrayed on your computer screen may appear different than the actual product. Our soaps are handmade which results in unique patterns for each finished product and may not look identical to the soaps pictured online.
What is your Soap made with?
When formulating our soap, we only use quality sourced oils of Olive, Coconut, Sunflower, and Castor Oil. See individual products for specific ingredients.
How long will my bar of Soap last?
It depends on how many people are using it and how often you bathe or shower, as well as many other factors. For one person showering every day, a well-drained bar should last around one month.
Do you use Palm Oil in your products?
We do not use Palm Oil.

Yes we do, a Paraben Free preservative that does not contain any formaldehyde donors.
Do you use Essential Oils?
Yes. In certain products we use Essential Oils which have been certified for purity by our Supplier.

What are your shipping methods?
Our current shipping method is USPS Priority Shipping.
How soon will my products arrive?
Please allow 3-7 business days for your products to arrive. Holidays may take longer. Delays may also occur from the shipper which is out of our hands. We will do our best to work with you in the event this happens, but please if you experince delays, contact the shipper. We include tracking for all our orders.
Do you have International delivery?
We do not currently offer delivery to anywhere outside of the United States at this moment in time.
Can I pick up my Order?
Yes, if you are local to Burkburnett in Texas, we can arrange to meet you with your order or deliver it to your door. Soon we will have a local pickup location you may stop by and get your orders as well. Contact us.
When do I qualify for a refund?
My order was damaged in shipping. What should I do?
All of our merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipping. If you receive products that were damaged during transit, please contact us to report the damage and the carrier who made the delivery.
What if my shipment is lost or stolen?
We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, including, without limitation, any lost or stolen merchandise that resulted from you choosing to allow delivery of your order without a signature.
Can I cancel an Order?
Once an order is placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled by you and exceptions will not be made. Any additions to an order will be treated as separate orders and assigned a separate order number. Please check the accuracy of your order before placing order during checkout.

We are located in Burkburnett, Texas.
Do you have a Storefront?
No, we don’t have a brick and mortar storefront. We make all of our products out of a designated Soap Studio and sell online. Please see more information under shipping for other ways to view, shop, and pickup our products.

Do you offer samples of your products?
We frequently include product samples when we ship purchased items. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship samples separately.
