Are your products handcrafted?

Yes, we make all of our products by hand in small batches to ensure quality.

Do you test your products on Animals?

No! We have always tested our products on friends, family, and volunteers.

Are your products Vegan friendly?

Yes, all of our products are Vegan Friendly. Any products containing beeswax and honey, we take care to make these with separate utensils, supplies and vessels to avoid cross contamination.

I'm allergic to Fragrances. Can I use your products?

We recommend if you are allergic to Fragrances, check out our unscented products. As with any skin care product, use these products at your own risk. See individual products for ingredients.

I'm allergic to Coconut and you use Coconut OIl in your products. Can I still use your products?

What is your stance on making Medical Claims?

We strive to follow the guidelines set forth by the FDA and lead by example in our field. We do not make any medical claims about our products because it is against FDA regulation. We fall under Cosmetics per the FDA. “The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) defines cosmetics by their intended use, as “articles intended to be rubbed, poured, sprinkled, or sprayed on, introduced into, or otherwise applied to the human body... or cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness, or altering the appearance” [FD&C Act, sec. 201(i)]. Among the products included in this definition are skin moisturizers, perfumes, lipsticks, fingernail polishes, eye and facial makeup preparations, cleansing shampoos, permanent waves, hair colors, and deodorants, as well as any substance intended for use as a component of a cosmetic product.” The law defines a drug as: “The FD&C Act defines drugs, in part, by their intended use, as “articles intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease” and “articles (other than food) intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of man or other animals” [FD&C Act, sec. 201(g)(1)].”


What is the best way to store you Soap?

Soap gets better with age. At Reserve Soap Company our bars cure for 4- 6 weeks before they are available for sale. To store your new bars, simply place in a dry place away from moisture and leave until you are ready to use. To store your bars by the sink or in the shower, it is best not to let the bars sit in standing water. We recommend using your soap within a year of purchase.

Does your Soap contain Lye?

No lye remains in our finished bars of soap. But, yes soap is a result of mixing oils, or fatty acids, with alkali (lye). The result is a chemical reaction that creates a totally different substance we know as soap. You cannot make real soap without using lye.

Why does my Soap look different than what is on the website?

We try to photograph each item at high resolution but the colors portrayed on your computer screen may appear different than the actual product. Our soaps are handmade which results in unique patterns for each finished product and may not look identical to the soaps pictured online.

What is your Soap made with?

When formulating our soap, we only use quality sourced oils of Olive, Coconut, Sunflower, and Castor Oil. See individual products for specific ingredients.

How long will my bar of Soap last?

It depends on how many people are using it and how often you bathe or shower, as well as many other factors. For one person showering every day, a well-drained bar should last around one month.


Do you use Palm Oil in your products?

We do not use Palm Oil.

What Oils do you use?

We use: All Natural, Expeller Pressed Apricot Kernel Oil. All Natural, Cold Pressed Castor Oil. Organic, Unrefined, Cold Pressed Coconut Oil. All Natural, Refined and Expeller Pressed Grapeseed Oil. All Natural, Cold Pressed Olive Oil. All Natural, Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil.

Do you use Preservatives?

Yes we do, a Paraben Free preservative that does not contain any formaldehyde donors.

Do you use Essential Oils?

Yes. In certain products we use Essential Oils which have been certified for purity by our Supplier. For products made with Essentail Oils, seperate molds and containers are specifically reserved for only these products. Please see individual products for ingredients.

Do you use Fragrance Oils?

Yes. In certain products we use Fragrance Oils. For products made with Fragrance Oils, seperate molds and containers are specifically reserved for only these products. Please see individual products for ingredients.

Do you use Non-Synthetics?

Yes. We use Herbs and Botanicals and 100% natural powders and clays. Some examples include: Alkanet, Spirulina, Kaolin, Orange peel powder, Rose Clay, Sea Clay, Green Zeolite Clay and Activated Charcoal to name a few. See individual products for ingredients.


What are your shipping methods?

Our current shipping method is USPS Priority Shipping. All orders over $50.00 are free shipping.

How soon will my products arrive?

Please allow 3-7 business days for your products to arrive. Holidays may take longer. Delays may also occur from the shipper which is out of our hands. We will do our best to work with you in the event this happens, but please if you experince delays, contact the shipper. We include tracking for all our orders.

Do you have International delivery?

We do not currently offer delivery to anywhere outside of the United States at this moment in time.

Can I pick up my Order?

Yes, if you are local to Burkburnett in Texas, we can arrange to meet you with your order or deliver it to your door. Soon we will have a local pickup location you may stop by and get your orders as well. Contact us.


When do I qualify for a refund?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied, let us know. We'll do our best to make it right for you. Please keep in mind because these are personal care products, we cannot accept or exchange items that you have opened, handled, cut or used. Shipping costs are always non-refundable.

My order was damaged in shipping. What should I do?

All of our merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipping. If you receive products that were damaged during transit, please contact us to report the damage and the carrier who made the delivery.

What if my shipment is lost or stolen?

We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, including, without limitation, any lost or stolen merchandise that resulted from you choosing to allow delivery of your order without a signature.

Can I cancel an Order?

Once an order is placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled by you and exceptions will not be made. Any additions to an order will be treated as separate orders and assigned a separate order number. Please check the accuracy of your order before placing order during checkout.


Where are you located?

We are located in Burkburnett, Texas.

Do you have a Storefront?

No, we don’t have a brick and mortar storefront. We make all of our products out of a designated Soap Studio and sell online. Please see more information under shipping for other ways to view, shop, and pickup our products. If you have a retail location available, please contact us. We are looking!

What payment methods do you accept?

Our website works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. The following card types are accepted: Credit Corporate Debit (processed like credit)

Do you offer samples of your products?

We frequently include product samples when we ship purchased items. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship samples separately.
